Metal Cladding Installer (All Levels)

We're growing our team and looking for Cladding Installers at every stage of their career, from apprentices just starting out to experienced tradespeople ready to take the next step. If you're looking to build a long-term career in the construction trades, we want to talk to you.

What You'll Do:

• Install exterior cladding systems (metal, ACM, and more), with responsibility scaling to your experience level
• Measure, cut, and fit cladding materials to specification
• Read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings
• Support and mentor newer team members as you grow into more senior roles
• Identify and troubleshoot installation issues
• Follow safety protocols and keep a clean, organized worksite
• Assist with material handling, equipment setup, and site coordination

What We're Looking For:

• Any level of hands-on cladding or construction experience — apprentices, 1^st to 3^rd year installers, and journeypersons are all encouraged to apply
• Willingness to learn cladding materials, tools, and installation techniques (or build on existing knowledge)
• Comfort working at heights and outdoors in varying weather conditions
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to read basic blueprints and specifications (or willingness to learn)
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player
