Business Development Specialist

The Business Development Specialist is responsible for driving campus growth through strategic business development initiatives, community engagement, partnership development, employer relations, and lead generation activities.

This role focuses on:

• Expanding the college’s presence within the community
• Developing new business opportunities
• Strengthening referral networks
• Building employer and community partnerships
• Supporting initiatives that contribute to sustainable growth.

The successful candidate will represent the college professionally while identifying opportunities to increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, develop strategic collaborations, and establish long-term relationships with employers, community organizations, referral partners, and industry stakeholders.
