Family Concierge
What This Role Is:
We support busy families with the everyday tasks that keep a home running smoothly. We're hiring a Family Concierge who will work inside a small number of consistent households and become a trusted part of their week.
This is not a gig. It's steady, relationship-based work with clear expectations, structured training, and a team that actually backs you up.
What you'll do:
- Laundry and folding
- Tidying and resetting shared spaces
- Meal prep and simple cooking or baking
- Light organizing projects
- Household errands
- Occasional childcare assistance (not the primary focus)
What This Role is Not:
- A cleaning service — no deep cleaning, bathrooms, or mopping
- A nanny or primary childcare position
- One-off or gig-style work
Why Work With Us:
- Meaningful, visible impact. You'll see the direct result of your work — calmer homes, more breathing room, families functioning better.
- Reliability goes both ways. We expect you to show up prepared and on time. In return, you get consistent schedules, honest communication, and predictable work.
- Real support from day one. Structured training, a handbook, and ongoing coaching so you always know what great looks like.
- Respectful culture. We communicate clearly, treat people like adults, and advocate for you if something feels off or unsafe.
Who We're Looking For:
This role is about how you work, not just what's on your resume.
You're a strong fit if you're:
- Reliable and consistent — this is non-negotiable
- Comfortable working independently inside people's homes
- Organized, able to prioritize on the fly
- Coachable and open to feedback
- Calm, professional, and respectful
Background in hospitality, home support, childcare, or customer service is an asset — but not required.
Our Hiring Process:
Because trust is central to this role, we run a structured process:
- Short application + follow-up questions
- Interview
- Reference checks
- Paid trial shift in a real household
- Background and vulnerable sector check
We're not looking for perfect. We're looking for the right fit.
