Requirements:

• Can work minimum 40 hours a week and be able to work weekends
• Physically lifting 10 – 60lbs continuously throughout shift
• Transportation – no access to public transportation
• Contingent on passing a criminal record check
• Use paperless and customized automated voice-directed technology to pick orders
• Work in multiple temperature zones, including a freezer environment at -28 degrees. TCL provides proper PPE for this environment & you earn an extra $2.50 per hour worked in the freezer
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Are a motivated and cooperative team player
• Clear written and verbal communication in English is required

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Able to work independently to compile and ship orders in a timely manner, accurate order picking and palletizing of grocery products
• Operate Material Handling Equipment
• Experience is not required.
• TCL conducts a thorough paid, on-site training program.

Compensation:

• Wage: Starting wage is $22.59/hour. There is also the potential to earn an additional $10/hour with shift premiums & incentive pay for performance.
• Shift premiums: $1.50/hour for time worked between 6:00PM - 6:00AM
• $1.00/hour for time worked from Friday 6:00PM to Sunday 6:00PM
• $2.50/hour for time worked in the freezer
• Incentive/Efficiency pay: Earn between $1.00 - $5.00 when you exceed targets
