Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Actively prospect and generate your own leads through community engagement and outreach
- Conduct in-person and virtual presentations to educate families on available options
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records for all client interactions
- Collaborate with teammates and leadership to exceed individual and team targets
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and local market dynamics
- Deliver compassionate, ethical, and service-oriented client experiences

Qualifications:
- Experience in sales, customer service, or business development preferred (but not required)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and grow within a structured training program
- Compassion and professionalism in client interactions
- Ability to communicate in clients’ preferred languages, including Cantonese, is an asset, though not a requirement for the position

- Job Type: Full-time
- Location: Hybrid – In-person in Burnaby, BC (V5G 3M1)
- Pay: $37,128 – $300,000+ per year (Base + Commission)
- Additional Pay: Uncapped Commission
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, with some evenings and weekends as needed
