Manager, Quality Assurance

The Ontario Trillium Foundation is seeking a Manager, Quality Assurance to create, build and implement a comprehensive quality assurance system and program.
Reporting to the VP, Finance and Administration, you will lead the development, implementation and ongoing execution of quality management, quality assurance, and monitoring and risk management programs across the Foundation, with a particular emphasis on ensuring consistent, transparent and equitable granting practices. An expert in the all areas of quality assurance and risk management you will collaborate with colleagues to establish standards, indicators and measures that support an effective framework and also assist departments to develop departmental protocols.
You have a graduate degree in a related discipline and at least five years directly related management experience, with superior knowledge of evaluation, information management, standards, benchmarks and balanced scorecard frameworks to support quality improvement. Energized by the challenge of leading a new team you are a strong communicator with proven abilities to engage and influence a range of stakeholders.
