Assistant Corporate Chef

Responsibilities:

- works closely with corporate chef on all facets of the business with focus being on staff training

- auditing of kitchens during your visits and providing written reports to the corporate chef

- ongoing staff training for all current pubs plus any future locations

- work with stores on maintaining corporate standards

- store openings

- assisting in kitchen operations company wide as needed

- some travel will be required

- Some weekend shifts may be required

Qualifications:

- Must have own vehicle

- Minimum 2 years' experience working as a kitchen manager, chef or sous chef

- Experience with menu development an asset

- Good communications skills

- Good computer skills

- Energetic and good interpersonal skills

- Must be flexible with hours and schedules

- Experience in training staff with different levels of expertise an asset
